The rooms are complemented by attached facilities including two bathrooms and two wash areas, ensuring convenience and comfort.

Transport

Transport at The Quantium School

At The Quantium School, we provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation facilities to support our students and their families.

School Transport for 5-Day Boarding Students

Dedicated school transport is available for all 5-Day Boarding students within our approved routes across Hyderabad and surrounding areas.

Key Features:

Air-conditioned, GPS-enabled buses with trained and experienced drivers and lady attendants on every route.
Full safety compliance including speed governors, CCTV cameras, and first-aid kits.
Pick-up and drop-off services at the start and end of each 5-day boarding cycle (Monday to Friday or as per the school academic calendar).

Important Note:

Transport is strictly provided only within the predefined and approved school routes. Extension of routes is not possible for 5-Day Boarding students.

Transport Assistance for Outstation / Full Boarding Students

For outstation and full-time boarding students, the school offers complete travel assistance:

End-to-end support in booking flights according to the school vacation schedule.
Coordination with airlines for convenient travel arrangements.
Escorted airport transfers by school staff during major vacations (to and from campus).
All flight charges, airport taxes, and related expenses will be borne entirely by the parents.

Parents will receive advance notifications with complete travel details and arrangements.

General Guidelines

All students using school transport must follow the Transport Code of Conduct.
Transport facility can be availed or withdrawn only with one month’s prior written notice.
In case of any delay or emergency, parents will be informed immediately.

Our Transport Department is committed to ensuring every student’s journey is safe and comfortable.

Outings and Recreation

At The Quantium School, we believe that learning extends beyond the classroom. Regular outings play a vital role in the holistic development of our boarding students, offering them opportunities for relaxation, real-world exposure, and enjoyment.

Weekly Outings

All boarding students are taken for structured outings once every week along with their respective House Parents. These outings are carefully planned to ensure safety, fun, and learning.

Highlights of Weekly Outings:

Visits to parks, museums, zoos, historical sites, malls, or nature spots around Hyderabad.
Supervised group activities that promote teamwork, social bonding, and fresh air exposure.
House Parents accompany students at all times, maintaining a high staff-to-student ratio.
Outings are scheduled on weekends (usually Saturday or Sunday) to balance with academics.

These weekly excursions help students unwind from academic routines, explore the city, and create cherished memories together.

Safety During Outings

All outings are conducted in school transport with proper safety protocols.
Parental consent is taken at the beginning of the academic year.
Students receive clear guidelines on behaviour and safety before every trip.
A dedicated staff member carries a first-aid kit and maintains constant communication with the campus.

Through these regular outings, we aim to provide our boarders with a well-rounded residential experience that combines education and joy.

Visiting & Meeting Guidelines

To maintain a disciplined and secure environment, we have clear protocols for parental visits:

Only the parent or the designated guardian is permitted to enter the school premises to meet the child.
All meetings will take place in the Admin Block during pre-scheduled visiting time slots (shared in advance via the app and school calendar).
Parents are requested to strictly adhere to the prescribed visiting timings for the smooth functioning of boarding routines.

Holiday Travel for 7-Day Boarders

7-Day Boarding students are allowed to travel home only during the official school holidays as per the published Hostel Holiday Schedule. This ensures consistency in academics and boarding routines while giving students joyful breaks with their families.
